India’s first lesbian ad for fashion brand goes viral

New Delhi: India’s first advertisement showing a lesbian couple has took internet by storm.

The video, posted on YouTube shows two women in a live-in dressing up for the day to meet their parents, flirting and about the expectations they face like every other couple.

The ad is for Myntra’s ethnic wear collection and is titled ‘The Visit’.

The 3 minutes and 21 seconds video has got over 2 lakh hits on the video sharing website in over 10 days.

Manish Aggarwal, VP (marketing) of Myntra Fashion said that the video has got over 3 million views across all social media platforms including Facebook and YouTube.
